銀座鳥繁では早松の時期である春から秋までは、
茸を鴨肉で巻いた鳥繁名物「松茸夫婦巻き」が
楽しめる「松茸コース」
 
秋から冬は狩猟解禁期間だけに捕獲された、
真鴨使った「真鴨コース」と
季節の食材を使った季節限定メニューが楽しめます。

In the spring to autumn season, we serve a special course of “Matsutake”.
Matsutake is a mushroom that Japanese people love
the most, both fragrance and taste.
We have an original recipe to eat
Matsutake deliciously which name is
“Matsutake-meoto-maki”, prepared at the course of
Matustake, and you can enjoy a mushroom meal
with duck meat having a nice combination. 
 
From autumn to winter season, another special course is prepared,
the course of “Magamo”, using a Magamo duck
which is one valuable kind of ducks in Japan,
just hunted during a short time when hunting is allowed.
 
 You can enjoy a seasonal menu using seasonal ingredient in
Ginza-Torishige dining.

「焼き鳥セット」と「温玉そぼろ丼」のご用意しております。
 

We offer reasonable meals only at lunch menu such as
“Yakitori Set” and “Ontama-Soboro Bowl”.If you choose
“Yakitori Set”, you can enjoy several dishes baked chicken and
vegetables in Japanese style. And If you take another
“Ontama-Soboro Bowl", you can enjoy the ground meat of
chicken cooked with special sauce with rice and soft-boiled egg.
