銀座鳥繁の始まりです。
 
「一切の手抜きをしない」先代の教えを
しっかりと守り、
鳥繁の「のれん」は
現在三代目が守り続けています。
 
 
 
The Ginza-Torishige started from a small stall food shop
next to the building of Kojunsha, in 1931. Founder's master
chef learned how to cook by famous Japanese-style cuisine.
 
There was a way of thinking to cherish him for cooking
such as “Delicious cuisine comes when you fully cooked
everything,so do not skip any steps to cook”.
 
Torishige's "goodwill" now keeps protecting the
